- 1 cupof oatmeal
- 1/4 cupof flour amaranth
- 1/4 cupof coconut flour
- 1/3 cupof coconut sugar or honey
- 1/30 cupof xanthan gum
- 1/15 cupof baking powder
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1 cupof almond milk
- 1/2 cupof egg
Take a bowl and add the flours.
Mix them with baking powder and the xanthan gum.
Next, add a pinch of salt and sugar.
Mix the ingredients well and add the almond milk and egg.
Take a pan, put it on heat and add a little bit of butter.
Add the dough and cook the cakes for about 2 to 3 minutes from each side.
Serve with a little bit of honey. Enjoy!
