  • 2 cupsof boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cupof onions
  • 2 cupsof zucchinis
  • 1/10 cupof garlic
  • 1/10 cupof mustard powder
  • 1/10 cupof powdered ginger
  • 1 cupof quinoa
  • 1/4 cupof peanut butter
  • 1/8 cupof olive oil
  • 1/8 cupof sesame seeds


  1. Firstly, slice pork chops into thin slices. Slice zucchinis and chop onions.

  2. Put one cup of quinoa and pour it with three cups of water; add garlic and mustard powder.

  3. Preheat the oven, put there some oil. Stir zucchinis until brown. Then, add onions. Saute the mixture. Add pork and mix everything well. Cover it up and let it cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add peanut butter, garlic powder and ginger. Stir up well. Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Serve it with quinoa and pork seasoned with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
