- 1 cupsof cashew nuts
- 2 cupsof water
- 1/20 cupof vanilla beans
- 1/20 cupof sea salt
- 1/10 cupof light agave nectar
- 1/10 cupof lacuma
- 1/10 cupof cacao
Before cooking, put cashew nuts into the water for them to be hydrated. Then, put them into blender and add two cups of water. Then, cut vanilla beans and put them into blender as well. Finally, add light agave nectar and blend the mixture. You have a fluffy mixture as a result.
Then, you need to take some sort of thin textile and pour milk through it. The remnants of nuts will stay there, in cloth.
Next, you need to add lacuma flour and pour it back to blender. Blend it for few seconds. Thus, you have lacuma nut milk.
Further, you can add some cacao and you will get nice chocolate milk.
You can add any filling to your taste. Enjoy your drink!
