Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof almonds
  • 1/2 cupof sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cupof diced celery
  • 1/4 cupof diced red onion
  • 1/5 cupof minced parsley
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend 1/2 cup of almonds and 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds and add the mixture to a bowl.

  2. Add 1/4 cup of diced celery, 1/4 cup of diced red onion, minced parsley, salt, and pepper and mix well.

  3. Enjoy the mixture with sliced cucumbers.
