  • 1 cupof corn bread
  • 1 cupof tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupof jalapeno
  • 1/2 cupof mozzarella
  • 1 cupof calamari
  • 1 cupof red wine
  • 1/2 cupof capers
  • 1/2 cupof tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cupof garlic
  • 1/4 cupof green onions
  • 1 cupof scat fish
  • 1 cupof spicy sauce
  • 1/2 cupof xarrot
  • 1/2 cupof onion and beans
  • 1/4 cupof broccoli


  1. Take a corn bread and put it into the oven for 20-30 seconds. Then, put mozzarella on top of bread and put it again into the oven. Take it off, put fresh tomato, jalapeno on top. Your dish is ready!

  2. Take a calamari and fry it. To make a sauce, put together halved tomatoes, garlic, green onion, capers and red wine. Also, add tabasco and fry everything. Put the sauce on top of fried calamari.

  3. For the last recipe, take a scat, roll it in a spicy sauce and fry for 1 minute from each side. In separate pan, fry some vegetables, such as carrot, onion, beans and broccoli. You can garnish a fish with rice and cooked vegetables.
