- 2 cupsof milk
- 3/4 cupof water
- 1/8 cup if cornstarch
- 1/8 cupof caster sugar
- 1/10 cupof rose oil
- 1/4 cupof chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cupof shaved toasted coconut flakes
- 1/8 cupof edible rose petals
Mix in a bowl cornstarch with a half of cup of milk and make a paste. Pour remaining milk into pot, add milk with sugar. Put it on heat and stir until sugar melts. Add cornstarch mixture and make it thicken. Take off the heat and add rose oil.
Pour the mixture into small bowls and put a plastic wrap on the surface of the custard. Leave it in refrigerator for around 2 hours before serving it.
Put on top pistachios, coconut flakes, rose petals. Enjoy the delicious meal!
