- 1 cupof young asparagus
- 1/4 cupof Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cupof tomato
- 1/7 cupof balsamic vinegar
Cover the asparagus with water and microwave it for 1 minute.
Slice you tomato into four pieces.
Place a piece of tomato on a serving dish.
Add 3 slices of Mozzarella (about 15 grams in total) and place two layers of asparagus on the top of the cheese.
Drizzle a little bit of vinegar on top before serving. Enjoy!
