- 1 cupof eggs
- 1/7 cupof instant coffee
- 1/5 cupof white sugar
- 1/7 cupof coffee liquor
- 1/7 cupof coco
- 1/12 cupof salt
Take a mixing bowl and add two eggs, two teaspoons of instant coffee, sugar, coffee liquor, a little bit of coco and a pinch of salt and whisk it well.
Whisk your mixture over low heat until it thickens.
Remove it from the heat and let it cool completely.
Take a new bowl and add ice cold heavy cream. Whisk it well with a little bit of sugar.
Now, you coffee mixture to the whipped cream and mix until incorporated.
Transfer it into cups, wrap them and freeze completely overnight.
Add a little bit of whipped cream and a pinch of coco.
