Mocha Semifreddo Rich Creamy Coffee Ice Cream

  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/7 cupof instant coffee
  • 1/5 cupof white sugar
  • 1/7 cupof coffee liquor
  • 1/7 cupof coco
  • 1/12 cupof salt


  1. Take a mixing bowl and add two eggs, two teaspoons of instant coffee, sugar, coffee liquor, a little bit of coco and a pinch of salt and whisk it well.

  2. Whisk your mixture over low heat until it thickens.

  3. Remove it from the heat and let it cool completely.

  4. Take a new bowl and add ice cold heavy cream. Whisk it well with a little bit of sugar.

  5. Now, you coffee mixture to the whipped cream and mix until incorporated.

  6. Transfer it into cups, wrap them and freeze completely overnight.

  7. Add a little bit of whipped cream and a pinch of coco.
