  • 1 cupof potatoes
  • 1 cupof onions
  • 1 cupof swiss chards
  • 1/2 cupof black olives
  • 1 cupof pork
  • 2 cupsof pizza dough
  • 1/3 cupof olive oil
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/15 cupof garlic powder


  1. Pre-cook your diced potatoes, swiss chards and onions. Roll you pizza to make it as thin as possible. Drizzle it with olive oil and spread it with your hand to make your dough tender. Add your minced pork and spread it out on the dough. Add the pre-cooked potatoes. Next, add your sauteed swiss chard, pre-cooked onions and diced black olives. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Roll the dough gently so it wraps around tightly. Twist the filled dough slowly. Next, cut it in 1/2 inch pieces. Turn the dough and seal the ends. Spread the pieces out on a pan using some parchment paper. Bake them in an oven at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
