Minted Pea Soup

  • 2 cupsof frozen peas
  • 1/2 cupof leek
  • 1/4 cupof garlic
  • 1/4 cupof mint leaves
  • 1/8 cupof bay leaves
  • 6 cupsof boiling water
  • 1/6 cupof Bisto vegetable bouillon


  1. Put the peas, onion, leek, mint, garlic and bay leaves into a large pan, add the water and bouillon paste.

  2. Bring it to boil and then let it simmer until the vegetables are cooked.

  3. Remove the bay leaves and pour the liquid into a clean saucepan. Place the mixture into a food processor and mix it to a puree. Then, add the puree to the liquid.
