  • 1/2 cupof ice
  • 1/2 cupof sliced bananas
  • 1/4 cupof raw cocoa powder
  • 1/6 cupof chocolate squares
  • 1/8 cupof mint leaves
  • 1/4 cupof coconut or almond milk
  • 1/10 cupof chia seeds


  1. Take a jar and put the ice. Add there banana, mint leaves, and chocolate squares. Then, add chia seeds and coconut milk (or any other milk). Blend the mixture. Pour the mixture into drinking glass. Garnish it with mint leaves and crushed chocolate.
