Milanesas with Brussels Sprouts

  • 1/8 cupof egg
  • 1/20 cupof dry parsley
  • 1/20 cupof dry oregano
  • 1/20 cupof dry garlic
  • 1 cupof beef
  • 1 1/2 cupof gluten free breadcrumbs
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1 cupof Brussels sprouts
  • 1/8 cupof butter
  • 1 cupof water
  • 1/8 cupof fresh limejuice


  1. Firstly, mix thoroughly one egg with dry parsley, oregano and garlic. Next, put the piece of beef into the mixture with egg. The whole piece of meat should be covered with egg. Then, put gluten free breadcrumbs into big plate and press the meat into it. Season the meat with a little bit of salt and pepper. Breadcrumbs should be evenly spread on the surface of meat from all sides.

  2. Then, put some vegetable oil on the oven pan and put meat on it. Put a little bit of vegetable oil on top. Put into the preheated oven to 400 degrees. When one side is ready, flip it into another one.

  3. Now, it is time to cook Brussels sprouts. Cute them into halves. Put some butter into the pan and put the halves of Brussels sprouts, as well. Then, add a cup of water and let it simmer for ten minutes. Add limejuice, salt and pepper into the pan. The garnish is ready. Enjoy your meal.
