Mexican Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 cupsof chicken breasts
  • 1/9 cupof garlic
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof cumin
  • 1 cupof cheddar cheese
  • 1 cupof salsa

Instructions

  1. First, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. Coat the skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.

  3. Sprinkle 4 boneless chicken breasts with one minced clove of garlic, pepper, cumin, and salt.

  4. Place the chicken season side down on the heated skillet and sprinkle the top with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook until brown on both sides for about 7 minutes per side.

  6. Transfer the cooked chicken to a 9 by 13 baking dish and top with 1 cup of salsa and shredded cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven until the cheese is bubbling. Enjoy!
