Mexican chicken kabobs

  • 2 cupsof boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cupof brown cumin
  • 1 cupof limes
  • 1 cupof cilantro
  • 2 cupsof zucchini
  • 2 cupsof onions
  • 2 cupsof bell pepper
  • 2 cupsof cherry tomatoes


  1. Cut the boneless chicken breasts into medium pieces. Marinate them in a blend of cut brown cumin, fresh chopped cilantro and juice from one lime. Place the marinade in a zip plug bag, add the chicken, and shake to cover evenly. Leave it for one hour.

  2. Next, start stacking your skewers. Cut the onions and zucchinis into slices. Cut the bell peppers into medium pieces. Put a bell pepper or onion as a base. Then, alternate chicken and veggies.

  3. Pour the vegetable oil on your grill. Preheat at 350 degrees. Add the kabobs. Give each skewer room to cook evenly, turning up everyone once in a while. Grill for 15 minutes.
