- 2 cupsof tilapia filets
- 1 cupof sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 cupof chopped kalamata olives
- 1/8 cupof garlic
- 1/2 cupof feta cheese
- 3 cupsof spinach
Take a bowl and mix tomatoes, olives, garlic and feta cheese. You can add a little bit of salt and some herbs.
Preheat the pan, and fry tilapia filets. Cook it for 3 minutes from each side. When the fish is ready, take it off and put spinach and garlic into the pan. It will have fish flavor.
To serve the dish, make garlic spinach bed firstly. Put you fish and tomatoes salad on top. Enjoy!
