- 2 cupsof tofu
- 1/5 cupof salt
- 1/5 cupof pepper
- 1/7 cupof onion powder
- 1/7 cupof garlic powder
- 1/7 cupof turmeric powder
- 2 cupsof meatless breakfast patties
- 1 cupof onions
- 2 cupof potatoes
- 1/4 cupof oil
- 1 cupof bread
Take your tofu and season it with some salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and turmeric powder. Leave it overnight.
Pour some oil into your frying pan and fry your tofu on a medium heat. Turn it over in a while.
Cut your potatoes into cubes. Cut your onion and red pepper. Take a frying pan and add some oil. Put it on a high heat and add your red pepper and onion and stir well. Next, add your potato. Stir well and reduce the heat. Add some salt and pepper. Stir again.
Take your meatless breakfast patties and cook them in the oven until ready.
Take your sandwich bread cover it with tofu and meatless breakfast patties. Cover it with another piece of bread. Enjoy your sandwich with potato salad.
