- 1/2 cupof milk
- 2 cupof bread
- 3 cupsof ground beef
- 1/2 cupof egg
- 1/2 cupof parsley
- 1/7 cupof garlic
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 2 cupsof breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cupof olive oil
- 1 cupof white onions
- 1/7 cupof wheat flour
- 1/7 cupof fino wine
- 1/2 cupof chicken broth
- 1/5 cupof fried tomato sauce
- 1/7 cupof butter
Take a plate and add two slices of bread and 1/2 glass of milk.
Take a bowl and add the milk bread, garlic, fresh parsley, 1 egg and ground beef.
Sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper and mix well.
Form the balls.
Dip the balls into the breadcrumbs.
Take a frying pan, add the oil and fry the balls.
Fry until golden even if they are raw inside.
Add the part of your oil from the meatballs to a saute pan.
Add 1 cup of chopped white onions and stir well on high heat.
Add the wheat flour and stir well.
Next, add a little bit of fino wine.
Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and fried tomato sauce. Stir well.
Next, blend the mixture and drain.
Return the mixture to a pan and add the meatballs.
Reduce the heat, add the bay leaf and cook for about 30 minutes.
Add a little bit of butter.
Serve with mashed potato.
