Meatballs In Spanish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupof milk
  • 2 cupof bread
  • 3 cupsof ground beef
  • 1/2 cupof egg
  • 1/2 cupof parsley
  • 1/7 cupof garlic
  • 1/10 cupof salt
  • 1/10 cupof pepper
  • 2 cupsof breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cupof olive oil
  • 1 cupof white onions
  • 1/7 cupof wheat flour
  • 1/7 cupof fino wine
  • 1/2 cupof chicken broth
  • 1/5 cupof fried tomato sauce
  • 1/7 cupof butter

Instructions

  1. Take a plate and add two slices of bread and 1/2 glass of milk.

  2. Take a bowl and add the milk bread, garlic, fresh parsley, 1 egg and ground beef.

  3. Sprinkle with a little bit of salt and pepper and mix well.

  4. Form the balls.

  5. Dip the balls into the breadcrumbs.

  6. Take a frying pan, add the oil and fry the balls.

  7. Fry until golden even if they are raw inside.

  8. Add the part of your oil from the meatballs to a saute pan.

  9. Add 1 cup of chopped white onions and stir well on high heat.

  10. Add the wheat flour and stir well.

  11. Next, add a little bit of fino wine.

  12. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and fried tomato sauce. Stir well.

  13. Next, blend the mixture and drain.

  14. Return the mixture to a pan and add the meatballs.

  15. Reduce the heat, add the bay leaf and cook for about 30 minutes.

  16. Add a little bit of butter.

  17. Serve with mashed potato.
