Mayonnaise With Fresh Mustard

  • 1/2 cupof egg yolk
  • 2/3 cupof olive oil
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1/20 cupof paprika
  • 1/20 cupof pepper
  • 1/10 cupof mustard
  • 1/10 cupof lemon juice


  1. Take a bowl and add one egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1/8 cup of olive oil, a little bit of salt, paprika and pepper and whisk the ingredients.

  2. Later, add a little bit more of olive oil and whisk well again.

  3. Repeat the same procedure one more time.

  4. Next, add one more egg yolk and whisk well again.

  5. Add a little bit of olive oil and whisk again.

  6. Add a little bit of lemon juice and whisk. Enjoy!
