Mashed Potato and Baked Beans-Dinner

  • 1/2 cupof diced white onion
  • 1/2 cupof diced spring onion
  • 2/3 cupof chopped red bell pepper
  • 4 cupsof potatoes
  • 1/7 cupof oil
  • 2 cupsof baked beans
  • 1 cupof string beans


  1. Remove the skin from you potatoes, put it into water and cook it for about 20 minutes or until ready.

  2. Mash it in a bowl.

  3. Take a pan and add a little bit of oil.

  4. Add your cut vegetables and a little bit of pepper and stir well.

  5. Cook for about 3 minutes.

  6. Add one can of baked beans. Stir well.

  7. Cook your string beans in boiling water.

  8. Put all of your ingredients on a plate and enjoy!
