Marzipan Berry Bonbons

  • 1 cupof almond paste
  • 1/2 cupof fresh berries (whatever is in season)
  • 1 cupof melted chocolate


  1. Take the almond paste and form it well. Then add your berries, a bit at a time. Be careful: some berries have more moisture than others, and you do not want your mixture to get to soft. Mix the ingredients. Form the mixture into bite size balls. You will have about 20 of them. Deep each ball in melted chocolate. Make sure you tap off the excess chocolate. Enjoy!
