- 1/4 cupof agave nectar
- 1/4 cupof lime juice
- 1/4 cupof tequila blanco
- 1/2 cupof Know gelatin
- 1/2 cupof water
Pour 1/2 cup of water into a big glass and add tequila, lime juice and agave nectar. Pour the mixture into the pan but do not turn the heat on yet. Spread the gelatin evenly throughout the surface. Let it stand for few minutes, while the gelatin soaks in the water.
Turn on the heat. Stir thoroughly until the gelatin dissolves completely. Heat enough for the gelatin to disappear, no more than 1 minute. Pour it again into the glass and spread into rectangle silicon mold. Put into refrigerator until jelly hardens.
Take a knife and cut off the jelly from the form. In order to make it easier, rinse out the knife. While serving, it is recommended to put sea salt on top of cubes.
