Maple Brined Pork Loin

  • 2 cupsof pork loin
  • 1 cupof salt
  • 2 cupsof maple syrup
  • 3/4 cupof sugar
  • 1/2 cupof whole coriander
  • 1/2 cupof black pepper
  • 8 cupsof water


  1. Take a pan and add some salt. Then, put maple syrup. Mash the garlic and put it to the maple syrup as well. Next, add some sugar and whole coriander. Then, add black pepper and pour the mixture with two liters of water.

  2. Put the pork into the mixture. It should be totally covered with water. Then, you need to put it into the fridge for 24 hours.

  3. In 24 hours, take off the meat and put it into a pan. Put into the oven for two hours. Enjoy your meat!
