Mango Pineapple Smoothie

  • 5 cupsof water
  • 1 cupof black tapioca
  • 1 cupof simple syrup


  1. Take a big pan and boil 5 cups of water.

  2. Add 1 cup of black tapioca. Boil until they float up and cover.

  3. Cut heat and simmer for 5 more minutes.

  4. Drain the water.

  5. Take a bowl and add some simple syrup. Add your tapioca.

  6. Take a blender, add frozen mango, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, Greek yogurt and some orange juice and blend until smooth.

  7. Take a glass and add a tablespoon of your tapioca.

  8. Pour in your blended smoothie. Enjoy!
