- 5 cupsof water
- 1 cupof black tapioca
- 1 cupof simple syrup
Take a big pan and boil 5 cups of water.
Add 1 cup of black tapioca. Boil until they float up and cover.
Cut heat and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Drain the water.
Take a bowl and add some simple syrup. Add your tapioca.
Take a blender, add frozen mango, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, Greek yogurt and some orange juice and blend until smooth.
Take a glass and add a tablespoon of your tapioca.
Pour in your blended smoothie. Enjoy!
