Mango Ice Cream with Coconut Macaroon Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof Milk
  • 1 cupof Cream
  • 1/2 cupof Eggs
  • 1/2 cupof Mangoes
  • 1/4 cupof Coconut macaroons

Instructions

  1. Take some milk and cream in a pan. Heat it up. Take some egg yolks in a bowl and add some sugar. Mix it properly. Add it to milk and cream. Heat it again. It will form custard.

  2. Make a mango puree by blending some mangoes thoroughly. Add it to the custard and mix. Put it in the ice cream machine.

  3. Chop the coconut macaroons. Add to the machine. Take it out after a few minute and add seasoning.
