Making Crumble

  • 1 cupof cashew nuts
  • 1/10 cupof lacuma powder
  • 1/10 cupof water
  • 1/20 cupof salt
  • 1/8 cupof coconut flour


  1. Put cashew nuts into a blender and grind them. Grind them for a short time and then separate the nuts with your hands. Shake them and continue to grind again.

  2. After that, take a bowl and put a sieve into it. Take grinded cashew and pass through sieve cashew flour. When this is done, you will have some crumbles. You may put them into a blender back and grind again. Pass it through the sieve, as well.

  3. Then, add lacuma powder, water, and a little bit of salt. Mix everything with your hands. Make in a form of a ball and the crumble is ready.

  4. Put some coconut flour into the table and roll the crumble into it. Next, cut it into four. Take round form (kind of a ring) and put there the quarter of crumble and make it flat. When it is done, put it on tray. When it is ready, you can crumble those dishes and use with ice cream or yogurt, or any other food you wish.
