- 1 cupof tilapia

- 2 cupsof tofu
- 1/10 cupof olive oil
- 1/5 cupof salt
- 1/10 cupof black bean garlic sauce
- 1/10 cupof peppercorn spicy Chinese sauce
- 1/5 cupof soy sauce
- 1/10 cupof sesame oil
- 5 cupsof spinach
Smash the garlic with a knife and chop it. Take a pack of tofu. First, take the water out of the pack. Cut the tofu into even square pieces. Heat up your frying pan and add olive oil and garlic into it. Salt it. Put the ground pork into frying pan. Do not make a big meat ball, but little pieces. Fry until cooked.
To make the sauce, take a small bowl and mix one tablespoon of black bean garlic sauce, one tablespoon of peppercorn spicy Chinese sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and one tablespoon of sesame oil.
Put your tofu on a frying pan on a small fire. You do not need it to sear. Once it is cooked, add sauce. Add a little water. When it is almost ready, add the meat and sprinkle with scallion.
To cook a fish, take a stainless steel pan and make it very hot. Dry off the fish before searing. Sprinkle it with salt. Pour vegetable oil into a pan. Put a fish into it and sear for about one and a half - two minutes on each side depending on how thick the slice is.
To cook the spinach, put the garlic into a pan and pour some olive oil in it. Add some salt. Put the spinach into a pan. Do not cover it. Add some salt on top of it.
