Low Sodium Vegetarian Pizza

  • 2 cupsof low-soda pizza crust
  • 1/2 cupsof tomato paste
  • 1/2 cupof mushrooms
  • 1/2 cupof red pepper
  • 1/2 cupof diced zucchini
  • 1/2 cupof sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cupof cheese
  • 1/20 cupof oregano
  • 1/20 cupof chopped garlic
  • 1/20 cupof black pepper


  1. Take a low-soda pizza crust and cover it with tomato paste. Spread it nice and even through the crust. Put a few seasoning on it - garlic and oregano.

  2. In order to make a filling, cut fresh mushrooms, red pepper, dice zucchini, and slice tomatoes.

  3. Put the filling on top of tomato paste and season it a little bit with black pepper. Sprinkle it with cheese and bake it for 10 minutes. Delicious and healthy vegetarian pizza is ready. Enjoy!
