Low Salt Chicken Soup

  • 2 cupsof cooked rice
  • 1 cupof frozen chicken
  • 1/2 cupof chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cupof mustard
  • 1/10 cupof crashed chili peppers


  1. Take a big pan and put there chicken.

  2. Pour water in there.

  3. Add scallion and mustard.

  4. Turn the heat on high and cook it for couple of hours.

  5. After few hours, put the chicken out and cut it into smaller pieces.

  6. Put it back into the pan and cook for another 20 minutes.

  7. For more taste and flavour, add crashed chili peppers.
