Low Carb Cauliflower Crust Pizza

  • 2 1/2 cupof cauliflower
  • 1/2 cupof shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cupof eggs
  • 1/15 cupof salt
  • 1/15 cupof pepper
  • 1/3 cupof cherry tomatoes
  • 1/7 cupof spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cupof cottage cheese
  • 1/5 cupof balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cupof yellow peppers
  • 1/3 cupof sliced red onions


  1. Process the cauliflower in a food processor until finely chopped. Put the chopped cauliflower in a pot and add some water. Cook for about 10 minutes. Drain it through a fine sieve. Mix the cauliflower, egg and parmesan in a big bowl.

  2. Turn on your oven at 170 degree Celsius. Press cauliflower mixture firmly into the pizza tray. Put it in the oven and bake for 45 minutes.

  3. Take a small bowl and mix sliced tomatoes and sliced red onions with balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper. Put the mixture on you cauliflower pizza. Add some spinach leaves, sliced yellow peppers and cottage cheese. Enjoy your pizza!
