Ingredients

  • 1/3 cupof strawberries
  • 1/3 cupof blueberries
  • 1/4 cupof bananas
  • 1/2 cupof 80% dark chocolate
  • 1/7 cupof dried cranberries
  • 1/7 cupof flax meal
  • 1/7 cupof unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cupof Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/7 cupof sugar free fat free jello pudding
  • 1/5 cupof raw pecan halves
  • 1/10 cupof ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cupof unsweetened flax milk
  • 1/5 cupof vanilla protein
  • 1/2 cupof hot water

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and your oatmeal and half a cup of hot water. Let it sit for about 2 to 3 minutes to soften the oatmeal. Now, add the flax milk and vanilla protein and mix the ingredients well. Next, add one tablespoon of flax meal and 1 tablespoon of pudding mix. Mix well. Then, add a teaspoon cinnamon, a half of the cut banana, a tablespoon of cranberries, 2 tablespoons of pecans, 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut, about 1/3 cup of blueberries, 2 to 3 sliced strawberries and some chocolate.
