Lemon sponge cake

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cupof lemon grater
  • 1/4 cupof unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cupof sugar
  • 1/2 cupof egg
  • 1/6 cupof mint

Instructions

  1. Put butter and sugar in a bowl and mix them up using a spoon. Add the eggs and mint. Mix it up again. Spread this mixture in a tray and put it in the oven for 30 minutes.
