Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof eggs
  • 1 cupof sugar
  • 1 cupof self-rising flour
  • 1 cupof unsalted butter
  • 1/8 cupof baking powder
  • 1/3 cupof grated lemon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add 4 eggs, 6 ounces of sugar, 6 ounces of flour, 5 ounces of unsalted butter, a pinch of baking powder, and grated lemon.

  2. Stir the ingredients.

  3. Take a loaf tray, put some parchment paper inside and add the mixture.

  4. Preheat your oven and cook for about 25 minutes at 165 degrees. Enjoy!
