  • 1 cupof condensed milk
  • 1/2 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/3 cupof egg yolks
  • 1/10 cupof lemon zest


  1. Take a pan and mix condensed milk. lemon juice and egg yolks. Whisk them well. Add lemon zest, mix and close the pan. Let it sit for a while.
