- 1/5 cupof lemon zest
- 1 cupof self-rising flour
- 1 cupof granulated white sugar
- 1 cupof eggs
- 1 cupof butter
- 1/5 cupof milk
Take a big bowl and add 6 ounces of self-rising flour, 6 ounces of granulated white sugar, 6 ounces of butter, two beaten eggs, lemon zest and 2 tablespoons of milk. Whisk the ingredients well.
Preheat your oven. Take a cup cake dish and put the paper cup cake forms in it. Fill them with your mixture. Fill about 2/3 of each form. Cook your cakes in the oven until ready. Enjoy!
