- 4 cupsof chicken breasts
- 1/2 cupof plain white flour
- 1/7 cupof paprika
- 1/2 cupof lemon
- 1/5 cupof oil
- 1 cupof rice
- 1 cupof carrots
- 1/2 cupof broccoli
Take a bag and add the paprika and flour. Mix the ingredients together.
You can use paper of plastic bag.
Next, add the chicken one piece at a time and mix it with other ingredients.
Next, put your chicken on the tray and squeeze some lemon juice.
Drizzle some oil and cover your chicken with foil.
Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 160-190 degrees C.
Meanwhile, cook the rice.
Boil the carrot and broccoli until ready.
Serve your chicken with rice and vegetables. Enjoy!
