- 1 cupof unsalted butter
- 1 cupof granulated sugar
- 1 cupof self-rising flour
- 1/2 cupof lemon
- 1/2 cupof raisins
- 1 cupof eggs
- 1/5 cupof milk
Take a big bowl and add 1 cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar and cream the sugar and butter together.
Next, add 1 cup of self-rising flour.
Grate a little bit of lemon and add to a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of raisins.
Take a new bowl and whisk two eggs.
Pour your eggs into your first bowl and add two spoons of milk.
Mix the ingredients well.
Take a baking pan, add a little bit of butter and grease it with a piece of a napkin.
Pour in your mixture.
Preheat your oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
