  • 1 cupof unsalted butter
  • 1 cupof granulated sugar
  • 1 cupof self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cupof lemon
  • 1/2 cupof raisins
  • 1 cupof eggs
  • 1/5 cupof milk


  1. Take a big bowl and add 1 cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar and cream the sugar and butter together.

  2. Next, add 1 cup of self-rising flour.

  3. Grate a little bit of lemon and add to a bowl.

  4. Add 1/2 cup of raisins.

  5. Take a new bowl and whisk two eggs.

  6. Pour your eggs into your first bowl and add two spoons of milk.

  7. Mix the ingredients well.

  8. Take a baking pan, add a little bit of butter and grease it with a piece of a napkin.

  9. Pour in your mixture.

  10. Preheat your oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
