Lemon and Burnt Cream Pie

  • 1 1/4 cupof Simone Gatto lemon juice
  • 1/4 cupof sugar
  • 1/20 cupof Sosa Konjac
  • 1/100 cupof Sosa Gluconolactat
  • 1/2 cupof limes
  • 1 cupof burnt cream
  • 1/5 cupof sugar powder


  1. Mix all the ingredients and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat to minimum and stir the ingredients for several minutes. Make the dough as thin as possible. Cut it into the rings and put aside.

  2. Put some burnt cream in each piece and fold in half. Cover them with sugar powder.
