Leek and Turnip Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 cupof leeks
  • 1 cupof turnips
  • 2 cupsof mushroom broth
  • 1/10 cupof olive oil

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the leek in half. Cut it into strips. Then, peel and cut turnip as well. Saute these things together with olive oil or any other seed oil. When it is cooked and soft, place it to blender and add some mushroom broth. Add some salt and thyme to taste. Blend the mixture into puree. Have a nice meal!
