- 1 cupof egg yolks
- 1/2 cupof condensed milk
- 1/2 cupof fresh milk
- 1 cupof sugar
Take a big bowl, add egg yolks and begin whisking. Add condensed milk and fresh milk. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Take a pan and put a cup of sugar in it. Put a pan on fire and mix thoroughly until the solid sugar turns into brown liquid.
Take a few small molds and spread the liquid sugar evenly on the flat side of the molds. Wait for 5 minutes then pour the egg yolk and milk mixture on the mold. cover the top of the mold using an Aluminum foil. Steam the mold with egg and milk mixture for 30 to 35 minutes. After that, cool the desert and put it in a fridge.
