  • 1 cupof ground beef
  • 1 cupof handmade spring roll wraps
  • 1 cupof cream cheese
  • 1 cupof mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cupof chopped onions
  • 1/2 cupof parmesan cheese
  • 1/5 cupof garlic paste
  • 1/5 cupof ginger paste
  • 1/2 cupof basil
  • 1/2 cupof pasta paste
  • 1/3 cupof chili powder
  • 1/5 cupof oil


  1. Take a pan and add some oil, chopped onions, garlic, ginger and cook for 4 minutes. Add ground beef, season with spice and cook all together for 2 minutes. While cooking, add pasta sauce, basil and cook on a low heat for 5 minutes till beef cooks through.

  2. Add all 3 cheese into a bowl and mix all together. Grease our muffin pan and line each cup with some hand made spring roll wrap. Then, add bolognese into a pan, then cheese mixture. Then, repeat into all trays. Put your muffin pan into a pre heated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 to 20 minutes.
