  • 1/5 cupof cayenne pepper
  • 1/5 cupof ground cumin
  • 1/5 cupof ground allspice
  • 1/5 cupof celery seeds
  • 1/5 cupof salt
  • 1/5 cupof pepper
  • 2 cupsof boneless lamb steak
  • 1/5 cupof tangy sauce
  • 2 cupsof burger bread


  1. Put the lamp steak into a bowl, add cayenne pepper, ground cumin, ground allspice, celery seeds, salt, and pepper and mix all the ingredients. Preheat your grill and put the meat on it. Grill until it is almost done to leave it juicy. Finally, cover the steak with tangy sauce and put between two pieces of burger bread.
