Kung Pao Chicken

  • 1 cupof green onions
  • 1/8 cupof chili peppers
  • 1/8 cupof ginger
  • 1/8 cupof garlic
  • 2 cupsof chicken breast
  • 1/8 cupof red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cupof corn starch
  • 1/2 cupof peanuts


  1. Take chicken breast and cut it into small pieces. Roll the pieces in corn starch.

  2. Put the pot on a fire and add some sesame oil. Place there chicken breasts and cook them until brown.

  3. Chop garlic and ginger. Remove the seeds from chili peppers and chop it. Chop the onion as well.

  4. When the chicken is ready, take it off the pan. Put into the pan garlic, onions, ginger and pepper. Then, add chicken and a little bit of brown sugar. Crash the peanuts and add them on top of the dish! Have a nice meal!
