Korean Seafood/Silken Tofu Soup

  • 6 cupsof mushroom broth (or Water)
  • 1/4 cupof dried anchovies
  • 1/10 cupof kelp pieces
  • 1/8 cupof garlic cloves
  • 1/8 cupof Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1/2 cupof Onion
  • 1/10 cupof fish sauce
  • 1/8 cupof Korean red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 cupof sesame Oil
  • 2 cupsof seafood
  • 1/2 cupof Silken Tofu
  • 1/6 cupof green Onions
  • 1/2 cupof egg


  1. Heat up the broth, firstly. Then, add there dried anchovies and kelp pieces. After 15 or 20 minutes of cooking, add there garlic and pepper. Then, add sliced onions and pour fish sauce. Then, add Korean red pepper flakes. Bring it to boil. When it is boiling, add the seafood you like. At the end, add tofu because it cooks very quickly. Season the soup to your taste. Then, drop the egg on top. Sprinkle the top with green onions. Turn off the heat and enjoy your food!
