Korean Marinade

  • 1 cupof water
  • 1/5 cupof garlic
  • 1/4 cupof sugar
  • 1 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/4 cupof sesame seed oil


  1. Take a bowl and fill it with a cup of water. Add a 1/4 cup of sugar and whisk a little. Add one cup of soy sauce and about 1/4 cup of sesame seed oil. Chop your garlic and add it to a bowl too. The marinade is ready. You can keep it in a fridge for about 1 week.
