Key Lime Pie Bars

  • 1 cupof unsalted cashews
  • 1 cupof unsalted almonds
  • 1 cupof pitted dates
  • 1/2 cupof unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cupof lime juice


  1. Add 1 cup of the cashews and one cup of the almonds to a blender. Blend until there are no large pieces. Next, drop in one cup of the pitted dates, 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes, and four tablespoons of lime juice. Blend until you have a nice soft dough. Place the dough into an eight by eight pan, cover it and put into a fridge to chill for a few hours.
