Kale Smoothie, Kale Salad and Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • Kale Smoothie
  • 3 cupsof kale
  • 1 cupof peeled orange
  • 1/2 cupof frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cupof banana
  • 1/2 cupof water
  • Kale Salad
  • 3 cupsof kale
  • 1/7 cupof olive oil
  • 1/7 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/12 cupof salt
  • 1/7 cupof nuts
  • 1/7 cupof dried cranberries
  • Kale Chips
  • 2 cupsof kale
  • 1/7 cupof soy sauce
  • 1/7 cupof lemon juice
  • 1/8 cupof olive oil

Instructions

  1. Green Smoothie

  2. Add the kale, orange, blueberries, water and banana to your blender and blend for 1 minute. Enjoy you drink!

  3. Salad

  4. Take a bowl and add the chopped kale.

  5. Drizzle with some olive oil.

  6. Sprinkle a little bit of salt.

  7. Squeeze a little bit of lemon and mix the ingredients.

  8. Add some nuts and dried cranberries. Enjoy!

  9. Kale Chips

  10. Remove the ribs of your kale and add to a bowl.

  11. Add a little bit of soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice.

  12. Mix the ingredients.

  13. Take a baking sheet and put your kale on it.

  14. Bake at 300 degrees for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
