- 3 cupsof Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 cupof cream style corn
- 1 cupof whole kernel corn (drained)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cupof eggs
- 1 cupof light sour cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 11 x 7 inch baking dish. Take a big bowl and add Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, cream style corn, whole kernel corn (drained), melted butter, beaten eggs, light sour cream, and sugar. Mix them well and pour into a baking dish. Bake for around 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
