- 1/2 cupof spring onion, cut
- 1/2 cupof white onion, cut
- 1/7 cupof thyme
- 1/8 cupof scotch bonnet pepper, cut
- 2 cupsof saltfish
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1/10 cupof salt
- 2 cupsof plain flour
- 1/2 cupof water
- 1/4 cupof olive oil
Take a bowl and add the flour, white onion, spring onion, thyme, scotch bonnet pepper, pepper, salt, and saltfish and mix the ingredients.
Add a little bit of water and mix again.
Take a frying pan, add olive oil, and put it over medium size heat.
Use a spoon to add the fritters to your pan.
Fry them for at least 5 minutes on both sides.
Put them on a napkin to dry. Enjoy!
