- 1/7 cupof olive oil
- 1/2 cupof white onion
- 1/2 cupof tomato
- 1/2 cupof spring onion
- 1 cupof mixed peppers
- 1/10 cupof pepper
- 1 cupof saltfish
Take a frying pan and add a little bit of olive oil.
Add 1/2 cup of diced white onion, cut tomato, diced spring onion, diced mixed peppers, a little bit of pepper and 1 cup of saltfish and stir well.
Next add 1 cup of ackee. Stir well.
Cook on a low heat, stirring time to time.
Enjoy your dish with cooked bananas.
