Jamaican Fried Fish

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsof fish
  • 1/7 cupof fish seasoning
  • 1/8 cupof pepper
  • 4 cupsof frying oil
  • 1/5 cupof carrot
  • 1/5 cupof spring onion
  • 1/5 cupof onion
  • 1/7 cupof dry thyme
  • 1/9 cupof pimento
  • 1/5 cupof mixed pepper
  • 1/8 cupof garlic
  • 1/7 cupof vegetable oil
  • 1/10 cupof vinegar
  • 1/10 cupof sugar

Instructions

  1. Season your fish with the pepper and the fish seasoning.

  2. Take a pot, put it over medium heat and fry your fish for about 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Take a frying pan, add a little bit of vegetable oil.

  4. Cut all of your vegetables and add to the pan.

  5. Fry over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle with pepper and add a little bit of white vinegar.

  7. Add a teaspoon of sugar.

  8. Serve the fish with the vegetables. Enjoy!
